The Bermuda Society of Arts (BSoA), originally known as the Society of Artists in Bermuda, is a non-profit organization which was founded in 1952 by 25 enthusiasts. It is Bermuda's oldest art organization and although only a few of the founder members were artists, their work was such a high standard that, in time, some of it became part of the collections of the Bermuda National Gallery, Masterworks Foundation, the Premier's official residence and the BSoA itself. Known as 'The People's Gallery,' artists of all ages show work in a wide variety of media. Exhibitions change regualry and there is always a selection of artwork for sale.The Bermuda Society of Arts is on the top floor of City Hall, Hamilton. Admission is free, They are open from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm, Saturday 10 am to 2 pm.
