Bermuda is a self-governing British Overseas Territory with elections held every five years to vote in the Mambers of Parliament. The Sessions House (or House of Assembly) is where the Government (the political party with the most seats in the House) debates with Her Majesty's Loyal Oppostition. Visitors are welcome to observe Bermuda's historic Parliament - the fourth oldest in the world after Britain, Isle of Man and Iceland - from the Visitors' Gallery. The House of Assembly is in session on Fridays from late October to late July with, seasonal breaks.
